“Liberación significa cambiar de conciencia. Ahora nosotros tenemos una conciencia de disfrute material, “dame una esposa bonita, dame riqueza, dame una buena educación, dame esto, dame lo otro”. Tantas cosas. Eso no tiene fin. Es por eso que el Bhagavad-gītā dice hitvā anyathā rūpam, “todas esas son necesidades corporales”. Sva-rūpeṇa vyavasthitiḥ. “Debes situarse en su conciencia original, llamada conciencia de Kṛṣṇa. Eso es mukti, liberación”. Por lo tanto la definición de bhakti es anyābhilāṣitā-śūnyam, sin ningún deseo material”.
